What's My Ring Size?
The Lotus Ring is recommended to be worn on the pointer or index finger, rather than the ring finger. We recommend using the following method to determine the ideal Lotus Ring size for your order. You will need string (alternatively floss or paper), a pair of scissors, a pen or marker, and a ruler.
Step 1: Cut a piece of string, floss, or paper and wrap it around your finger at the point where the ring should sit, at the base of your finger. Pull so that the string fits comfortably around your finger - not too tight and not too loose.
Step 2: Use a pen to mark the point where the end of the string or paper overlaps itself.
Step 3: Lay the string, floss, or paper out against a ruler or tape measure, and measure the length (mm) from its end to the point you have marked with pen.
If the measurement is 56mm or smaller, you should order a Size 8.
If the measurement is between 57mm and 61mm, you should order a Size 10.
If the measurement is between 62mm and 67mm, you should order a Size 12.

"From starting from the packaging, I knew immediately it was designed for the disabled community ! I have a hard time wearing wearable tech because I only have one hand, but the lotus ring is easy to wear and put on and take off and has been so powerful and helpful in my life. As a cancer survivor (3x!) the treatments have unfortunately affected my sleep and energy and many moments of fatigue keep me from getting back up to turn on or off a light switch or the tv: it’s been so nice being able to stay in bed instead of fumbling around to get up and turn the lights off! It’s no small thing, it has already given me a higher quality of life and just being accommodated by the lotus ring has been so refreshing !! Thank you !!! Game Changing Device for People with Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities
"As the Senior Vice President of Community & Business Development at ADAPT Community Network, I'm always on the lookout for different technologies and services that can enable the people we support with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities to live more independently. Therefore, when I first found out about Lotus over a year ago when they were still in the development stage, I thought that this device would be really well suited for people that we support. After piloting the Lotus Ring with 20 of our residents and seeing first hand how easy it was for them to figure out how to use the device and how happy they were to be able to turn on and off lights and the tv on their own without support, both ADAPT and Lotus were convinced that this device would be a game changer for people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. We're working to get Lotus Rings into the hands of even more people we support and are excited for future applications of the ring, such as turning on fans and opening and closing doors, so people we support can have even more independence."

"I really like this device. It's a very simple idea. You wear a ring with a single button and you can control devices. I was skeptical at first about battery life because of the size, but this ring holds a charge for many weeks compared to most smart watches. My Google Pixel watches max out at about 2 days and my previous Wyze smart band made it about a week. This watch is something you can charge and forget about. The light switch plates also have a long battery life. It has excellent range in my large apartment, you can also bounce the IR off reflecting surfaces which I do for a switch down a long hallway. I have Google Home devices, many currently in crisis from some recent updating. I have Alexa. They're great when they work and the connected apps work and the wifi is working and they understand me and there's not loud noises and other situations where they don't actually work. The infrared controls on this ring are the most solid for point and click operations. Even if you have all the latest smart devices it's nice to know there's an option for a minimal investment and extremely solid system that doesn't rely on WiFi or apps, and if you have a generator in an emergency situation power outage you can still operate this system. If your power comes back it's also nice to have a solid option while your internet service is waiting to come back on. It really is annoying to see the flashing lights on any smart home devices that the connection is out and it just sits there or yelling at your device like a fool, relatable I'm sure. The Google Home I setup in my parents house. Has been unusable since they switched internet service and I haven't been able to drive down and do my family tech support visit. If you have older parents that have light switches then I would recommend this. It's very simple and effective. The highest level of complication is charging and you don't have to do that often. The light switches can also be moved easily. So you can adapt your system as things change without getting into complications of switching plugs, bulbs, or wiring. There's no pairing, syncing, wifi reconfiguring, or dreaded app updates. It's point and click. Everyone can figure it out and appreciate the simplicity. I know I do. I'm dreading swapping in the new Wi-Fi router sitting on my desk right now because it's going to take a weekend of adjusting all the smart devices."
