What's My Ring Size?
The Lotus Ring is recommended to be worn on the pointer or index finger, rather than the ring finger. We recommend using the following method to determine the ideal Lotus Ring size for your order. You will need string (alternatively floss or paper), a pair of scissors, a pen or marker, and a ruler.
Step 1: Cut a piece of string, floss, or paper and wrap it around your finger at the point where the ring should sit, at the base of your finger. Pull so that the string fits comfortably around your finger - not too tight and not too loose.
Step 2: Use a pen to mark the point where the end of the string or paper overlaps itself.
Step 3: Lay the string, floss, or paper out against a ruler or tape measure, and measure the length (mm) from its end to the point you have marked with pen.
If the measurement is 56mm or smaller, you should order a Size 8.
If the measurement is between 57mm and 61mm, you should order a Size 10.
If the measurement is between 62mm and 67mm, you should order a Size 12.
NOTE: These are the 3 sizes we are offering to start. We recommend sizing up for comfort. Your Kit also comes with foam ring inserts that provide a more snug fit if needed. If you have any questions about sizing email us at helpdesk@getlotus.com.

Simply pull it away from the wall switch until the magnets release. You will feel some resistance due to the strength of the magnets, which is normal and expected.
