How to Request a Refund
If you wish to return your Lotus product:

Return Process
After your refund is processed:
- We will email you a prepaid return shipping label within 2 business days.
- Package your Lotus technology in its original packaging if possible.
- Attach the prepaid shipping label to your package.
- Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location.

One-Year Limited Warranty
Lotus warrants this product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. This warranty covers the Lotus Ring, Switch Covers, and all included components under normal use conditions. If a defect arises during the warranty period, Lotus will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective product at no charge. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or use beyond the product's specifications. The rechargeable battery is covered for manufacturing defects but is not warranted against normal capacity degradation over time. To obtain warranty service, customers must provide proof of purchase and contact Lotus customer support. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by jurisdiction. Lotus's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product and excludes any incidental or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.
